What is the admissions process for prospective students?
Our holistic admissions process begins with an online inquiry, followed by a campus tour. We review academic transcripts, teacher recommendations, and conduct student interviews to ensure our environment aligns with every applicant's unique potential.

What is the Refund Policy?
If a student withdraws before the school year has begun, the initial deposit of $1,000 will be non-refundable. If a student withdraws during the school year, the student will be entitled to a refund of any upcoming full months that have already been paid for. For example, if the student withdraws in the middle of November, but has paid through January, the student will be entitled to a refund of December and January tuition, but not November. If the student has paid for tuition with personal funds, the refund will go directly to the student. If the student has paid for tuition using the Utah Fits All Scholarship, Ascend Performance Academy shall remit any refund directly to Odyssey for deposit back into the student's scholarship account in accordance with the above stated refund policy.
